The design section is equipped with hi-tech digital equipment of a modern studio. Scanner for reproduction, photo scanning, digital SLR camera for TP shoot are the major equipment used to produce the best designs. The designs in any form of line art work and transparencies are scanned and color corrected on the latest graphics software under high-end Pre-Press Shop.
Cylinder’s preparation, before engraving is a very important stage to achieve the perfect quality. Hitech Gravure has state-of-the art multiple galvanolines with lates and automated features.
The copper-finishing process uses state-of-the-art polish master machine, which is a digitally controlled high precision machine.
Hitech Gravure has number of state-of-the-art electronic engravers which are ideal for packaging, decor printing and uses specific filter for board and foil printing.

Coating Rollers/Anilox Rollers

- Cell with Channel: These channel-linked cells enable even distribution of liquid inks, lacquers, chemical solutions, and adhesive coatings on the substrate. Recommended for coatings ranging from 0.5 to 4.0 gsm.
- Truncated Pyramid Cell: Widely used for solid and heavy line applications in flexography (anilox), these cells have a flat bottom and are easy to clean. Ideal for stationery, notebook ruling printing, and corrugated markets.
- Hexagonal Cell: These relatively shallow cells deliver a higher amount of ink compared to other shapes with the same screen count. They offer smoother and cleaner solid print images and are suitable for coating, lamination, and specialty printing.
