Inner walls coated with Birla JK wall putty and Finish with washable good Quality plastic Paint.
Outer Walls will be finished of Ace/Apex Water Proof Paint
Elevation:
As Per Design given in Brochure with S.S Railing (304 Grade)
Electrical:
Insulted copper wiring of V-Guard/Polycab or equivalent Modular Switch & Socket (Reputed Brand Only)
Plumbing:
SW & SWR pipe with ISI Mark will be used in sanitary lines & PPR pipe ISarked will be used in water Supply Lines with ISI Marked Good Quality
Doors & Frames:
All Inside Doors & Frames will be 8 ft. height Covered with Wooden mica paneling all around.
Main Entry Door will be Designer.
Doors will be 100% Waterproof.
